1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using https://havionfreezedry.com (the “Site”) or purchasing Havion freeze dryers (the “Products”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If acting on behalf of an entity, you warrant authority to bind said entity.
2. Product & Service Scope
- Products: Industrial, commercial, and home freeze dryers (50kg–3000kg capacity).
- Services: Equipment installation, technical support, and warranty coverage.
- Exclusions: Custom modifications require separate agreements.
3. Orders & Payment
- Pricing: Quotes valid for 30 days. Prices exclude VAT, import duties, and shipping.
- Payment Terms: 50% deposit on order, 50% before shipment. Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest.
- Delivery: FOB QingDao . Risk transfers upon carrier handover.
4. Warranties & Liabilities

6. Intellectual Property
All designs, patents (e.g., TriCore™ Technology), and logos remain Havion’s exclusive property.
7. Termination
We may suspend access for:
- Breach of these Terms
- Non-payment exceeding 60 days
- Illegal or hazardous use of Products
8. Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: Laws of the People’s Republic of China.
- Arbitration: Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), English language.
