Notes

  1. Loading Capacity: Standard 10 kg/m² applies to most products except lightweight porous materials (e.g., herbs, flowers).

Custom Solutions: For other models (e.g., FD-2400) or custom configurations, contact us for detailed specifications.

Energy Optimization Strategies

1. Equipment-Level Improvements

  • Radiative Heating: Reduces energy waste by 15–20% compared to conductive heating.

  • Variable-Speed Compressors: Adjust cooling power dynamically, saving 8–12% energy.

2. Process Adjustments

  • Pre-Treatment Optimization:

    • Slicing to <10 mm cuts drying time by 10–25% (e.g., carrots: 17h vs. 22h for whole).

    • Blanching porous materials (e.g., herbs) improves sublimation efficiency.

  • Load Management:

    • Avoid overloading beyond 10 kg/m² for dense products.

    • Reduce to 5–8 kg/m² for lightweight items (e.g., rose petals).

3. Operational Scheduling

    • Off-Peak Energy Utilization: Run high-load batches during low-tariff periods.

    • Batch Sequencing: Group products with similar moisture levels to minimize system recalibration.
